Services will be available via membership in the Corrib Health and Wellness Program offered to existing AOMS clients. 

Membership will be limited to existing AOMS clients specifically interested in the Corrib health and wellness deliverable. Mnnimal marketing will be done to the general public. 

Services

Preventative wellness medical assessment 

• Comprehensive annual bio-screening

• Access to GP services in an expeditious manner (appointments within 24hrs

• Access to our collaborative care clinic in Galway for ongoing treatment and care via fast  tracked channels

• Ongoing health support to all family members, as required. 

Corrib will not be interfering with existing primary care providers and it is our goal to provide these services to those individuals that are currently unattached patients and or those individuals that have decided they wish to change to a new primary care provider based on accessibility and or some other personal preference.
